solution :
after login into the router page with 192.168.102.1 in the internet explorer(internet browser other than AOL browser) ,we will get the motorola router page or terminal adapter page....under the ADVANCED tab , we have MAC ADDRESS OVERRIDE boxes..Fill that box with our physical address[B] of our computer (start->run->command...enter "ipconfig /all" in the black command window)...before going to click the SAVE SETTINGS button in the motorola page, switch off the internet modem ..after getting the router page back , switch on the internet modem...wait for few minutes....or else reboot all devices[font=Comic Sans MS] [/font]
