I have been going round and round with Vonage and my ISP. My ISP is Insight. The people I call say that the voice is garbled and cuts out. I have tried the bandwith thing on the Vonage website.

I am a telecummter and can't tell you how many times I am trying to talk to a client and my voice is garbled and I have the end the call and try back later. The call quality is extremely bad on Sundays between 8-9pm - don't know why

When I am using the phone, I am not download or uploading anything; matter of fact I am not even browseing on the internet at that time.
