7. Issue you are experiencing ie dropped calls, choppy audio etc- No connection. On time I was able to get internet connection thru the router, but no dial tone.

8. DETAILED results from www.testyourvoip.com with a test call to Boston. Will try in the morning

We have talked to Vonage several times, but my cell phone is low on minutes and they are not helping.

Used set up instructions B and have tried over and over for the last 2 weeks. We even tried the disc.The last time we talked with Vonage they supposedly did something on their end and now we cannot get into http://192.168.15.1/ at all. They also sent us a different router then what they originally was going to send.

We have talked to our internet company and they said it's all up to Vonage.

The one time we had it connected and could get internet the phone had DEad Air..no dial tone what so ever.

We were told to RESET it. Still did not work.

Also they were supposed to send a Motorola Reconditioned VT1005RB, but were out.

I hate to give up, so this is our last hope. I even emailed Linksys to see if they could help. No answer.

Thanks for any help and I will give you any more info asap. I work 3rd shift.

Well, first, count yourself lucky that you got an RTP300 instead of the VT1000.
I called today..again...and finally spoke to someone and they are sending another
refurbished RTP? odd...
We are supposed to get the new unit today, so wish us luck. Maybe refurbished was
It's installed and working, all that over a bad unit. Oh well take the good with
