3. Upload and download speeds - Connection speed is 256 kbps (not sure what my upload/download speeds are)
4. Modem make and model - UTSTARCOM UT300R2U
5. Type of Vonage adapter used - Motorola VT2142
6. Setup of Network - Bsnl modem->Vonage Motorola VT2142 adapter->PC
7. Issue you are experiencing - Power light on Vonage device is solid green. When i connect my phone on phone1 line i get a msg that this line is not authorised for use.
but this worked well while i used it in US

Strange thing is the power LED is green.

Things I have changed so far. I have changed the PC to DHCP and the PPPoE on VT2142 has been set to DHCP with the ISP username and password. Tried all set of resets possible.. but still no luck
