1. Your location Bellevue, WA 2. Your ISP name and type (cable, DSL, wireless etc) Comcast, cable modem 3. Upload and download speeds Your download speed : 3539 kbps or 442.4 KB/sec. Your upload speed : 334 kbps or 41.8 KB/sec. 4. Modem make and model Motorola Surfboard SB5100 Linksys BEFSR41 wired router 5. Type of Vonage adapter used ie RT31P2 or PAP2 VTech IP8100-2 6. Setup of Network ie Modem->Vonage Adapter->PC Cable modem -> Router -> PC in Lan 3, Vonage Adapter in Lan 4 7. Issue you are experiencing ie dropped calls, choppy audio etc Audio is choppy. No dropped calls, but audio will drop out for a second plus and I kept thinking (and asking the other party) did the line drop? I can hear the choppiness on both sides-when receiving calls at home, and when calling home from work. With the Vonage Adapter in Lan 3 and the PC in Lan 4 of the router, I was getting a 2.8 and 3.0 After swapping 'em around I'm getting between 3.2 and 3.4 8. I dont think that MOS crap has much to do with VoIP calls. I only get 3.4 usually and
Kengrubb, Kevin has given you good troubleshooting advice. Meanwhile,
