Unless someone on the forum has access to a spectrum analyzer to dig a bit deeper, we will either have to live with the service as is or jump ship and pay more. When I first ported over to Vonage from SBC the customer service and call quality were top notch but things seem to have changed. There are times where you get a good deal and there are other times where you get what you pay for. When I need to make a call when choppy audio is an issue, I just fire up SKYPE on the PC and have a flawless and free conversation. Since all good things usually come to an end, the free is going away in 2007
