7. Issue you are experiencing: Two issues:
(1) SimulRing doesn't work properly. The trouble began yesterday, October 13th. Whenever someone calls, my cell phone would always ring at the same time via SimulRing. Beginning yesterday, however, my cell phone does ring, but not until after I've answered my primary phone. In fact, I'll answer, say hello, and about 5 seconds into my conversation, my cell phone would ring showing the caller ID info of the person who just called and whom I answered on my primary phone.
(2) Intermittent incoming call probems. Perhaps not coincidentally, whenever these SimulRing problems occur, if the caller calls back right away, the call would go right to my voice mail. My primary phone wouldn't even ring. Sometimes there's just a brief blurb of a phone ringer on my end, then the incoming call goes to voice mail. I've done *69 to see who called, and I get the correct info, but the call never came through. Finally, other times incoming callers do NOT go to my voice mail; instead, they get a recording that says, "The person you have called is unavailable. Please try your call again later."

• It sounds as if the SimulRing tags in your account are screwed up and need fixing.
• You could go into your account and disable SimulRing and then enable it again,
• I think I may have found part of the problem, at least insofaras the SimulRing aspect
• If you are a user of Vonage Talk, do NOT remove the "011username." Removing this
• Truthfully, I'd prefer to not use Vonage Talk. It's a pain in the ass.
• Anytime you log into Vonage talk it will add that info to simulring.
Why don't
• It's kind of a pain in the ass, to be honest with you. It doesn't answer like it should
• Just make sure you have the latest version: 0.9.2
