7. Issue you are experiencing: one way choppy audio on receiver's end (non-Vonage end), happens with multiple receivers whether they have a land line or cell phone.
8. Router Make and Model: DLink DI-624 Rev C (Firmware 2.70 (latest))

9. Ports that are open on DLink DI-624 for the static IP that the Vonage (Cisco ATA186) ATA has:

5060 to 5063 -UDP
123 to 123 -UDP
69 to 69 -UDP
53 to 53 -UDP
10000 to 20000 -UDP

More Info:
Gaming Mode on the DLink is disabled.
The port in which the ATA is plugged into is NOT set to DMZ.

I currently have Vonage's Bandwidth Saver set to Higher (50 Kbps) down from Highest, thinking that might help ... it doesn't.

Do you think if Vonage sent me a replacement ATA (one of the Linksys models) that would solve my problems. Don't want to do that, so any other idea's???

BTW- I used to have a Linksys BEFSX41 in place of the DLink and it worked great ... No problems. Wasn't until I introduced the DLink that I started having some problems.
