$15! Geez! Here in Atlanta it's about double that for just a basic, no-thrills line (+taxes). That's why went with the UPS / cable modem, etc route. When I lived in Virginia (transferred a while back) V*rizon offered a price similar to that. However, I lived in the sticks (about 5 miles SE of Deliverance) and had no access to broadband.

Anyhow, completely understand your frustration. Still curious about your provider, though.
